Pierluigi Perri is the Vice-Coordinator of ISLC – Information Society Law Center of the University of Milan.
Pierluigi is also Professor in Advanced Computer Law at the Law School of the University of Milan and Affiliate fellow at Yale law Shool. His research interests are privacy and data protection, data governance, information security, computer crimes and digital forensics.
He was Non-residential Fellow at the Center for Internet and Society at Stanford Law School and Visiting Researcher at the Legal and Corporate Affairs Department of Microsoft Inc., Redmond,USA .
From the University of Bologna he gained a Specialization Course in Legal Informatics and New Technologies Law and a PhD in Legal Informatics and IT Law. He is author of two books (“Data protection and new technologies: national, European and United States issues”, and “Privacy, Law and Information Security”) and of many scientific publications related to IT law and information security.
