Zoltán Gyurász is a Ph.D. candidate in the field of theory and history of the state and law at the Department of Theory of Law and Philosophy of Law. At the same time, he works at the Institute of Information Technology and Intellectual Property Law, Faculty of Law, Comenius University in Bratislava.

In his publishing activities, he focuses mainly on the legal aspects of new technologies. His pedagogical activity focuses on the field of Theory of Law and Legal Informatics.
