Gabriele is a PhD Candidate in “Law, Science and Technology” 37th cycle at the University of Bologna.

He studied law, and then geopolitics.

His PhD research on “smart cities” because he has found that this is a proficient dimension to connect his previous studies. He is particularly interested in how to propose, describe and (eventually) obtain a “legal resilience” in the information society.
